I've been training with Nelsinho for about 4 years, so I don't even need to say how much I'm a fan of his work. Excellent professional, he taught me how to jump rope, do push-ups and always takes my foot to increase my performance and keep me motivated. I recommend suuuuuuuuuuper!!!!!
