★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrolada demais pra pagar os desistentes, quando e pra vc pagar boletos se atrasa um dia vc paga juros , já na HR de pagar pra quem desiste , a pessoa tem que ficar indo atrás fica meses sem pagar e quando paga e como eles querem e os juros só serve q e bom nda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com relação a moradia, caso vc desista do empreendimento eles não devolvem o valor investido integralmente. Se vc estiver em situação vulnerável ou pagando aluguel NÃO CONFIEM nesta instituição para ter sua casa própria! Eles, mesmo com contrato, não cumprem nada! Estou passando o inferno na Terra por causa desse pessoal.
With regard to housing, if you give up on the project they will not refund the amount invested in full. If you are in a vulnerable situation or paying rent DON'T TRUST this institution to have your own home! They, even with a contract, do not fulfill anything! I'm going through hell on Earth because of these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa num povo caloteiro , quando chega os boletos vc tem que pagar em dia senão tem juros aí eles não querem saber se vc tem dinheiro ou não vc tem que pg , mais quando se trata de cumprir o contrato e eles devolverem o dinheiro aí a situação muda , diz que estão passando por momento difícil , aí não atendem mais o telefone , o financeiro então nem se fala , fala pra pegar o ZAP dele para acertar o dia que vai pg e simplesmente ele nem vizualiza as msg e nem atende o telefone , bando de safados paguem o que devem .
Think of deadbeat people , when the tickets arrive you have to pay on time or there is interest then they do not want to know if you have money or not you have to pg , but when it comes to fulfilling the contract and they return the money then the situation it changes , it says that they are going through a difficult time , then they do not answer the phone anymore , the financial one does not even talk , tell him to get his ZAP to set the day that goes pg and simply he does not view the msg or answer the phone , bunch of bastards pay what they owe.
