Acho que não precisam trabalhar por serem tão irresponsáveis.
Marquei a visita 2x cada dia é uma desculpa.A primeira o técnico sumiu disse que não conseguia falar com ele,depois disse que o carro quebrou.Marquei de novo e no dia da visita liga desmarcando que o técnico está sem carro ainda.
A empresa só tem 1 técnico e ainda é autorizada da Brastemp.
Incompetent!
I don't think they need to work because they are so irresponsible.
I booked the visit 2x each day is an excuse. The first the technician disappeared said he could not speak to him, then he said the car broke down.
The company only has 1 technician and is still authorized by Brastemp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma visita para o último sábado. Durante a semana me ligaram informando que havia vaga durante a semana. Devido ao horário disponivel, mantive a visita para sábado. Foi confirmado endereço e telefone. Passei amanhã esperando e nada do técnico. Liguei e informaram que estava a caminho. Conclusão: não veio e nem ligou. Reclamei na segundo e não havia registro que liguei no sábado confirmando a visita pois já era tarde e o técnico não aparecia. Não me deixaram falar com o responsável. Reagendei para sexta alegando que só poderia receber até as 14 horas. Liguei as 13 horas informando que não havia chegado o técnico " está a caminho". Foi chegar as 14:40 quando eu já não estava em casa. Liguei para reclamar e minha ligação anterior não estava registrada.Incompetencia total.
I scheduled a visit for last Saturday. During the week they called me informing me that there was a vacancy during the week. Due to the time available, I kept the visit for Saturday. Address and phone number confirmed. I spent waiting tomorrow and nothing from the technician. I called and they told me I was on my way. Conclusion: did not come and did not call. I complained on the second and there was no record that I called on Saturday confirming the visit because it was late and the coach did not show up. They would not let me talk to the person in charge. Reacted to Friday claiming that it could only receive until 2 pm. I called the 13 hours informing that the technician had not arrived "is on the way". It was arriving at 2:40 pm when I was not home. I called to complain and my previous call was not registered. Total competition.
