★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As batatas são muito boas, porém nos ultimos pedidos (4 pedidos) demorou mais de 2 horas para entregar.
Eu sempre comprava com eles e percebi tambem uma variação na qualidade dos recheios nos ultimos pedidos. A de carne deixou muito a desejar e era uma delícia antes.
 The potatoes are very good, but the last orders (4 orders) took more than 2 hours to deliver.
I always bought with them and I also noticed a variation in the quality of fillings in the last orders. The meat one left a lot to be desired and was a delight before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha...... é muito difícil eu reclamar de algum lugar, mas.....tenho que ser sincera..... não gostei da batata suíça: comprei três sabores diferentes, a de carne seca estava salgada, a de peito de peru com tomate seco estava com muita acidez, a batata Asterix estava com a carne dura e todas elas estavam encharcadas de óleo, a embalagem estava com vários papéis toalhas cheios de óleo (como foi a primeira vez que pedi fiquei na dúvida se era normal vir assim mesmo). E também demorou bastante a entrega (1:30hs), mas TB dou um desconto porque não moro tão perto do local. Eu não comprarei novamente infelizmente.
Look......it's very difficult for me to complain about somewhere, but......I have to be honest......I didn't like the Swiss potato: I bought three different flavors, the jerky was salty, the of turkey breast with sun-dried tomato was very acidic, the Asterix potato had hard meat and all of them were soaked in oil, the packaging was filled with several paper towels filled with oil (as it was the first time I asked, I was in doubt if it was normal to come anyway). It also took a long time for delivery (1:30 am), but TB gives a discount because I don't live so close to the place. I will not buy again unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As batatas inglesas são fartamente recheadas e servem muito bem (a de bacalhau é destaque), as batatas suíças são "generosas" e podem servir a contento até duas pessoas de acordo com o tamanho da fome.
Só sinto falta de um espaço para consumo no local, a par de aparentemente nao ser esta a proposta da casa, mas seria genial.
De início tinha avaliado negativamente este restaurante apenas e tão somente por conta da demora do delivery
(há dez meses demoraram 1 hora e 45 minutos para entregar 2 batatas!!! Detalhe fora prometida a entrega em 40 minutos!) mas ACHO QUE CORRIGIRAM ESTE PROBLEMA porque ontem repeti o pedido e entregaram em 35 minutos (motivo que me fez humildemente voltar aqui para reavaliar e dar mais estrelas).
Recomendo.
English potatoes are plentifully stuffed and serve very well (codfish is a highlight), Swiss potatoes are "generous" and can serve up to two people according to the size of the hunger.
I just miss a space for consumption on the spot, along with apparently this is not the proposal of the house, but it would be great.
At first I had negatively evaluated this restaurant only and only because of the delay in delivery
(ten months ago it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver 2 potatoes !!! Detail was promised to be delivered in 40 minutes!) here to reevaluate and give more stars).
I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção é a palavra, oque eu posso dizer sobre o estabelecimento? Não comprem! Infelizmente não venho tendo boas experiências com a batataria Asterix, mas, a decepção tem sido tanta que até reclamar eu vim, coisa que nunca fiz.
Nos meus últimos 3 pedidos, erraram meu pedido, esqueceram itens, atrasaram mais de 1h, uma falta de respeito. Atendimento telefônico muito ruim, quando fui reclamar no meu último pedido que paguei por um adicional que não veio, o atendente debateu comigo e pareceu não acreditar, enviou meu novo pedido com uma quantidade ABSURDA do adicional, sendo impossível até mesmo de comer, me pareceu pirraça.
Não irei pedir nunca mais!!!
Não perca seu tempo, eles não estão nem aí para o cliente e olha que eu até gostava da batata deles.
Disappointment is the word, what can I say about the establishment? Don't buy! Unfortunately I haven't had good experiences with the Asterix potato factory, but the disappointment has been so great that I even came to complain, something I've never done.
In my last 3 orders, they messed up my order, forgot items, delayed more than 1 hour, a lack of respect. Very bad phone service, when I complained in my last order that I paid for an additional that did not come, the attendant debated with me and seemed not to believe, sent my new order with an ABSURD amount of the additional, being impossible even to eat, it seemed to me prank.
I will never ask again!!!
Don't waste your time, they don't care about the customer and I even liked their potato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito boa as batatas, prefiro fazer o pedido pelo Ifood, já fui 2 vezes retirar no balcão e demora muito para o pedido ficar pronto. Mais em relação aos produtos, excelente qualidade, tamanho e preço! Recomendo...
