★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa agencia, é uma vergonha! Vendedor cada dia falava algo diferente depois da compra. Dono da loja é uma pessoa mal educada . Não gostei do Tratamento. Vendem um produto, e depois que precisa de um auxilio ou de um conserto é aquela enrolacão. Carro com vício e com pneus carecas. Não solucionam o problema causados por eles mesmos.
This agency is a disgrace! Seller every day was saying something different after the purchase. Shop owner is a rude person. I did not like the treatment. They sell a product, and after that they need an aid or a repair is that coiling. Car with addiction and with bald tires. They do not solve the problem caused by themselves.

Comprei um Ford focus 2010/11 nessa agência e no anúncio colocado no mercado livre dizia que o veículo tinha manual e chave reserva.
Pra variar depois não tinha mais nada e sempre desculpas diferentes.
Trocaram a bateria do veículo causando bloqueio no rádio, novamente outro tormento,sempre um empurra empurra fazendo o cliente de palhaço, pois é assim que nos faz sentir, tem que ficar mendigando informações que quase sempre não são claras e os problemas que deveriam ser de fácil solução torna-se um problemão pra eles claro.

Pensem várias vezes antes de comprar carro nesta loja, eles nem a nota fiscal entregam!
Pensa numa burocracia para conseguir e arrumar algo durante a garantia, enrola seu carro na agencia para conserto por dias, e põe dias nisso. Hora, obrigação do vendedor/da loja, dar o carro em perfeitas condições , mas isso na prática não acontece.
Eita loja que me deu trabalho!
