Em contato com a assistência técnica os mesmos informaram que não podem fazer nada pq está fora da garantia e não tem assistência autorizada em Curitiba. Fiquei muito decepcionada, pois investi para ter qualidade, no entanto não foi o que aconteceu, além da total falta de assistência técnica o produto estragou em menos de um ano com pouquíssimo uso.
I bought an aston pen 1004 with two batteries. With only 9 months and little use, the power button on one of the batteries came loose. In contact with the technical assistance, they informed that they cannot do anything because it is out of warranty and does not have authorized assistance in Curitiba. I was very disappointed, because I invested to have quality, however that was not what happened, in addition to the total lack of technical assistance, the product was ruined in less than a year with very little use.
