Essa empresa é uma COMPLETA FARSA , pra mim, são ZERO ESTRELAS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão forjando "sorteios" e ligando posteriormente para anunciar que ganhamos o "prêmio". Orientam para "buscar" o voucher (opa, séc. XXI? E-mail tá aí pra isso). Quando você chega lá, descobre que TODO MUNDO que preencheu o cupom também "ganhou", haha. Um monte de gente iludida, porque na verdade é um belo de um golpe. Você é submetido a uma propaganda de um suposto consórcio de viagem (péssimas referências, segundo o Reclame Aqui), e no fim das contas a tal "diária" que você ganha não é sequer gratuita, você precisa pagar uma taxa de serviço. Ou seja: você gasta pra ouvir propaganda e correr o risco de gastar ainda mais dinheiro num plano que vários clientes reclamam que não conseguem usar. OLHA O CHEIRINHO DE CILADA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal, as pessoas que chegarem até aqui, aconselho que quando receberem a ligação do contato da empresa, peçam um minuto e comecem a efetuar a gravação da chamada, pergunte se existe o pagamento de taxas e se é TUDO grátis, minha esposa acabou de receber a ligação (25/09/2018) e colocamos no viva-voz, o Sr. Henrique pediu que fôssemos amanhã em um empresarial aqui em Recife entre os horários de 17:30 e 21:00 procurar a Sra. Beatriz. Ele falou por 2 vezes que seria tudo grátis e não teria nenhum custo e que não seria cobrado taxa de nada.
E detalhe o "modus operandi" da empresa está sendo esse, se alguém puder ir as reuniões e gravar e assim postar é de grande valia. Peçam o contrato antes de fechar o negócio, peça um prazo para ler e se puderem levem ao PROCON para avaliarem junto a vocês, e se não permitirem fujam.

Não são de confiança, seus preços são sempre mais caros do que o encontrado com Hotéis/pousadas, no final você paga por um plano que não consegue usar. Busquem informações sobre ela, pesquisem sobre os processos que rolam contra a empresa em questão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero saber se alguém colocou na justiça ou vai colocar. Pq me senti muito lesada, pois fui utilizar e tinha que pagar uma taxa de 105 reais por pessoa. Ia com mais 2 pessoas e o total era de 317 reais por dia, quando uma diária normal do hotel que eu iria era de 194,00 pelo Trivago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não caiam na furada do suposto sorteio de uma diária num hotel. Fui "sorteada" pela ASTRA TURISMO em que tinha direito a uma diária nos hotéis credeciados pela empresa com direito a um acompanhante.
Ao receber o voucher, o promotor de vendas informou que seria em todo o nordeste e não especificou que seria somente nas capitais, como vi posteriormente ao ler o voucher. Detalhe: não poderia ser na própria capital em que moro. Além disso, é necessário pagar uma taxa que sai quase o valor da diária do hotel, com base em muitos comentários no site "reclame aqui". O que me leva a crer que esse sorteio foi necessariamente para vender o pacote de turismo que estavam oferecendo no dia. Ou seja, perdi meu tempo e dinheiro tendo que me deslocar até o hotel para receber um voucher promocional inconsistente. Enganação total.

Que respeito merece uma empresa que já começa ludibriando os clientes? Que respeito merece uma empresa que desrespeita seus pretensos consumidores?
Essa semana recebi a ligação de que havia ganho em um sorteio de supermercado e que teria de comparecer no dia seguinte para receber um voucher que me daria direito a uma diária em qualquer capital do Nordeste.
Desde o princípio, eu desconfiei. Afinal, eu não havia participado de sorteio algum para receber essa prenda. Mesmo assim, compareci em local e hora marcada. O suposto encontro para a entrega do referido voucher foi o Othon Palace Hotel, uma das redes de hotéis mais famosas a operar no Brasil. Foi a credibilidade do Hotel que em certa medida desarmou minha desconfiança. Fui ao tal encontro com a sensação de um "Vai que dá certo...", valia a pena pagar pra ver. Se não fosse o imaginado, valeria o passeio pela orla de Fortaleza.
Chegando ao hotel, o "cheiro de macacada" atingiu o nível máximo.Vi que todo mundo que preencheu o cupom ganhou. Pensei comigo "Isso não é possível". No elevador, subiu comigo uma família e um casal de jovens que aparentavam ser recém casados. Esses golpistas não tem critério para selecionar suas vítimas. Fomos recebidos por uma atendente que não era a Beatriz e ela nos conduziu a uma sala de reuniões com várias mesas dispostas no salão. Na verdade, se tratava de armação como previsto. Quando sentei a mesa para conversar com um vendedor, passei a nem dar muito cabimento ao que ele dizia. Em síntese eu fui sorteado para aderir a um plano de consórcio de hospedagem. Para ganhar uma diária, eu tinha de pagar uma taxa de manutenção com o valor aproximado a uma diária. Ou seja: Nada de graça.
Não tive nenhum prejuízo e levei essa vigarice na esportiva, mas tive pena das famílias que se deslocaram para o hotel com a expectativa em alta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri o plano de 21 diárias anuais durante 03 anos. Procurei usar e o preço das diárias sai praticamente o mesmo do cobrado diretamente pela pousada ou hotel. Ou seja, só quem ganha com o contrato é a Astra. Estou pensando se vale à pena entrar com uma ação judicial ou não. Mas foi dinheiro perdido. Paguei quase R$1.600,00 numa "promoção de 50% de desconto", e foi um dinheiro que joguei fora.
I acquired the 21-night annual plan for 03 years. I tried to use it and the daily price is practically the same as that charged directly by the inn or hotel. In other words, only Astra wins the contract. I am wondering whether it is worth pursuing a lawsuit or not. But it was money lost.
