★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro passeio foi mutio bom, eu e minha família gostamos muito, porém o segundo passeio foi proposto MARACAJAU (PARRACHOS) que no caso só consegue ir para esse lugar de embaracação, nos cobraram 180,00 e não nos informaram que deveriamos pagar 120,00 para ir em PARRACHOS ver os corais, ou seja, fizeram uma propaganda que não está inclusa no pacote, cuidado para vocês não serem enganafos tbm e não quiseram devolver o nosso dinheiro!!
 First ride was very good, my family and I liked it a lot, but the second ride was proposed MARACAJAU (PARRACHOS) who in the case only gets to go to that embarkation place, we were charged 180.00 and they did not inform us that we should pay 120.00 to go to PARRACHOS to see the corals, that is, they made an advertisement that is not included in the package, be careful that you are not deceptive too and did not want to return our money !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu namorado fomos para Natal em junho/2021 e fechamos quatro passeios privativos (por conta da pandemia) com a empresa. Simplesmente amamos todo atendimento prestado, tanto pelo Sandro que nos atendeu, quanto pelos motoristas/guias Ed e Otavio que foram muito profissionais, responsáveis, simpáticos, e além de tudo, excelentes fotógrafos. rs
My boyfriend and I went to Natal in June/2021 and closed four private tours (because of the pandemic) with the company. We simply loved all the service provided, both by Sandro who attended us, and by the drivers/guides Ed and Otavio who were very professional, responsible, friendly, and above all, excellent photographers. LOL

Fechamos 3 passeio com esta empresa nos 3 pisaram na bola feio, o primeiro dia faltou o passeio principal a árvore do amor simplesmente porque o pneu do carro furou e não tinha o step, no segundo dia um novo passeio e não tivemos guia apenas motorista então fizemos o passeio sem saber nada, história, locais etc.. tivemos que pagar uma balsa de ida e outra de volta porque não foi nos avisados nem estava no itinerário o motorista foi improvisado pela empresa, no 3 dia de passeio esqueceram a gente no hotel, buscaram a gente com 1h30 de atraso chegamos no maior cajueiro do mundo pagamos pra conhecer e não conseguimos tirar a foto principal no mirante por causa do atraso da empresa. Deram muita mancada com a gente não recomendamos apesar do dono Sandro ter sido solicito não sanou nossos problemas, meu e da minha esposa e dos outros passageiros. Tomem cuidado perdemos um bom tempo das nossas férias, deixamos uma nota com eles pois os passeios não são baratos e tivemos dor de cabeça durante os 3 dias de passeio.
We do not recommend caution!! We closed 3 tours with this company and we 3 stepped on the ugly ball, the first day the main tour was missing the tree of love simply because the car tire was flat and there was no step, on the second day a new tour and we didn't have a guide only a driver so we did the tour without knowing anything, history, places, etc.. we had to pay a round trip and another ferry because we were not informed nor was it in the itinerary, the driver was improvised by the company, on the 3 day tour they forgot us at the hotel , they looked for us with an hour and a half late, we arrived at the biggest cashew tree in the world, we paid to visit and were unable to take the main photo at the lookout because of the company's delay. They screwed up with us, we didn't recommend it, despite the fact that the owner Sandro was requested, it didn't solve our problems, mine and my wife and the other passengers. Be careful we wasted a lot of time on our vacation, we left a note with them as the tours are not cheap and we had a headache during the 3 days of the tour.

No meio do passeio alguns amigos passaram mal e logo já veio uma outra equipe pra buscar eles e levar pro hotel,se ofereceram pra levar ao hospital e farmácia.
Quando voltar para Natal certamente fecharei todos os passeios com eles ! Vale a pena !
Excellent agency !! Super attentive guide and explained everything during the tour route of the natives vip.
In the middle of the tour some friends got sick and soon another team came to pick them up and take them to the hotel, they offered to take them to the hospital and pharmacy.
When I return to Natal I will certainly close all tours with them! Worth it !
