★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dei uma estrela porque não tem como dar nota zero, comprei um kit de caneta, mandei mensagem escolhendo a cor e me confirmaram, cade caneta, isso porque comprei em uma sexta e a data de entrega era sábado. Depois me mandaram uma mensagem dizendo que não tinha a caneta, escolhi outra cor, mandei várias mensagens e nada de responderem,liguei e uma moça que atendeu foi super grossa, mal educada. Está loja não tem perfil para lidar com público, pessoas despreparadas, muito me admira estarem no mercado livre.Lugares assim tem que fechar as portas e darem lugar para quem realmente querem trabalhar.
 I only gave a star because there is no way to give a zero grade, I bought a pen kit, I sent a message choosing the color and they confirmed me, each pen, that's because I bought it on a Friday and the delivery date was Saturday. Then they sent me a message saying I didn't have the pen, I chose another color, I sent several messages and they didn't reply, I called and a girl who answered was super rude, rude. This store doesn't have a profile to deal with the public, unprepared people, I'm very surprised to be on the free market. Places like that have to close their doors and make room for those who really want to work.
