★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando virem uma avaliação tão baixa de um comércio, serviço...etc, podem ter certeza que não é a toa, principalmente se a quantidade de avaliações for grande. No caso desse estabelecimento infelizmente tive que comprovar a razão da baixa avaliação. O pós venda é horrível, prometem e não cumprem, se comprar algo que a entrega seja na residência, verifique o produto no ato da entrega porque se precisar trocar.....esquece, só dor de cabeça...
When they see such a low valuation of a trade, service...etc, they can be sure that it's not for nothing, especially if the number of valuations is large. In the case of this establishment, unfortunately, I had to prove the reason for the low assessment. The after-sales is horrible, they promise and do not deliver, if you buy something that is delivered to the residence, check the product upon delivery because if you need to change it.....forget it, just a headache...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível... comprei por indicação de um primo que é cliente a tempos, quando fui comprar ótima recepção produtos bonitos e tal, paguei, agora já fazem 3 meses e não entregam meus pisos, liga sempre um joga para o outro e ninguém resolve o problema, não indico a ninguém e nem voltarei a comprar, descaso total
Horrible... I bought it on the recommendation of a cousin who has been a customer for a long time, when I went to buy great reception, beautiful products and such, I paid, now it's been 3 months and they haven't delivered my floors, they always call one another and no one solves the problem, I don't recommend it to anyone and I won't buy it again, total neglect

Service grade 10 (obs. I was attended by the saleswoman Maiara - excellent from negotiation to after sale - where we checked the materials delivered), best price in the region and I even got a gift!!

Mas a gerência deixa muito a desejar. Não cumpre o prazo e ainda acham ruim de você cobrar.
Os entregadores não tem culpa, foram muito bacanas mas a loja em si, e a Gestao deixa muito a desejar.
Não comprarei mais.
The delivery people are very nice and polite people.
But the management leaves a lot to be desired. You don't meet the deadline and they still think it's bad for you to charge.

Terrible. They are super attentive to make the sale, but they don't deliver on time. You need to charge for delivery. A total lack of professionalism and disrespect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa loja nem para um inimigo!! Loja não cumpre o que promete!! Não comprem, se eu tivesse visto os comentários antes teria evitado muita dor de cabeça! Me venderam um produto no qual não tinham, e simplesmente saiu de linha, remarcaram a entrega mais de 5x, atrasaram mais de um mês para entregar, e eu ainda tive um prejuízo de 2000,00. (Fora o tempo de atraso da obra que tudo isso causou)
Me entregaram outro produto depois de muita demora, mas veio faltando vários itens do pedido, como passei no cartão paguei juros e na hora de devolver o dinheiro dos produtos no qual não veio simplesmente devolveram só o valor sem juros!
I don't recommend this store even to an enemy!! Store does not deliver what it promises!! Don't buy, if I had seen the reviews before I would have saved a lot of headache! They sold me a product that they didn't have, and it just went out of line, they rescheduled delivery more than 5 times, they took more than a month to deliver, and I still had a loss of 2000.00. (Apart from the delay of the work that all this caused)
They delivered another product to me after a long delay, but several items were missing from the order, as I passed the card I paid interest and when I returned the money for the products that did not come, they simply returned the amount without interest!
