★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de expressar aqui o declínio que vejo desta loja maravilhosa, que sempre foi referência no bairro e que hoje e a mais pura expressão da má administração: carnes com qualidades ruins, a atenção e atendimento ao cliente mudou muito e esta ruim, e não esta pior devido ao bom atendimento de funcionários mais antigos que ainda resistem ali de alguma forma. Falta carnes, algo q eh inadmissível pra um açougue desse porte. Tomem uma atitude, pois o o lugar vai de mal a pior. Minha opinião.
I would like to express here the decline I see of this wonderful store, which has always been a reference in the neighborhood and which today is the purest expression of maladministration: meats with bad qualities, attention and customer service has changed a lot and is bad, worse due to the good service of older employees who still resist there in some way. Lacking meats, something that is unacceptable for a butcher of this size. Take action, for the place goes from bad to worse. My opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para o meu marido comprar patinho moído e me mandaram uma carne cheia de gordura. A primeira moça que me atendeu perguntou se meu marido nao tinha visto a carne que estavam lhe dando, eu falei pra ela que meu marido não é açougueiro e quem precisa fornecer o produto correto é aquele que esta me fornecendo, nao somos obrigados a entender de carne .Pedi para devolverem o dinheiro. Apesar de me deixaram com a mercadoria errada , o processo foi cansativo !!!! Pós atendimento péssimo !
I asked my husband to buy ground duckling and they sent me a meat full of fat. The first girl who answered me asked if my husband had not seen the meat they were giving him, I told her that my husband is not a butcher and who needs to supply the correct product is the one who is supplying me, we are not obliged to understand I asked for meat to return the money. Although they left me with the wrong goods, the process was tiring !!!! Lousy post service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Vi algo que não gostei. Hoje fui comprar carne. É fiquei olhando para o fundo do açougue onde fazem os cortes e um açougueiro pegou um rodo que estava sendo usado para puchar água do chão e passou sobre a mesa onde estava sendo realizado corte de peito de frango. Ele fez isso por duas vezes.?. Pior que foi em seguida e puchou novamente a água do chão com o mesmo rodo. Hoje foi o último dia que compro neste local. Já fazia uns 3 anos comprando ali.
Horrible. I saw something I didn't like. Today I went to buy meat. I was looking at the bottom of the butcher shop where the cuts are made and a butcher took a squeegee that was being used to collect water from the floor and passed it over the table where the chicken breast was being cut. He did it twice. ” Worse then was it, and again wiped the water off the floor with the same squeegee. Today was the last day I buy at this location. I had been shopping there for about 3 years.

Always amazing experience. On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a promotion in the entire butcher shop with excellent prices and great service.
