★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi excelente referente ao possbilidade de negociar o valor, meio de pagamento por PIX mas, a entrega não foi na data a princípio combinado e por isso a nota é 4. Referente a Adriana fui muito bem atendida, ela é atenciosa, prestativa e sempre esteve a disposição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a loja pela há Internet automaticamente já me atendeu e me passaram pro WhatsApp onde conversei com pessoas muito jentiu e com muita força de vontade de me ajudar em aquilo que eu queria. Marcamos um dia pra se encontrar aí na loja me desloquei da qui do Taboão da Serra e fui conhecer essa pessoa que se chama Adriana que me atendeu super bem me levou para conhecer a loja o seu estoque etc.
Fiquei muito satisfeito com o desempenho dessa moça se não fosse tão longe eu iria roubar ela pra trabalhar na minha impresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não avaliem a loja no momento da compra dos materiais, eles pedem p avaliar, mas o certo é esperar os produtos chegarem.
Se gabam por ter contrato com o Metrô, Petrobras e são seletivos na atenção dos clientes.
Realizei na loja 3 pedidos ao todo, no período de um mês, precisei da troca de uma viga cambará de 7mt, por 30 cumeeiras e algumas ripas na quarta feira dia 20/04 a Adriana simplesmente CAGOU p meu pedido, enquanto os pedreiros aqui na obra trabalham com agilidade e tempo p entregar o serviço.
Na sexta feira às 17h ela me responde, dizendo que pode fazer a troca, mas o material iria chegar somente na quarta feira 27/04 (amanhã).
Me arrependo amargamente sobre minha experiência com essa loja, fora que as madeiras brutas, não podem nem ser chamados de madeira, uma péssima qualidade, tortos, e as telhas uma boa parte vem quebrada.
Se puderem correr, corram!

I made 3 orders in the store in all, in a period of a month, I needed the exchange of a 7mt cambará beam, for 30 ridges and some slats on Wednesday the 20/04th, Adriana simply SPOILED my order, while the masons here at work with agility and time to deliver the service.
On Friday at 17:00 she answers me, saying that she can make the exchange, but the material would only arrive on Wednesday 04/27 (tomorrow).
I bitterly regret my experience with this store, apart from the fact that the raw wood can't even be called wood, a bad quality, crooked, and the tiles a good part come broken.
If you can run, run!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 15/02/2021 fiz uma compra em produtos no valor de 34.200 reais a vista.
Com a promessa de entrega entre 30 e 40 dias...
Infelizmente depois de muito custo só recebi todo o material no dia 12/05/2021.
Alem de esperar por quase 90 dias de espera tive que arcar com prejuízos da obra parada .
Como se nao bastava tudo isso , para que eu pudesse receber a carga tive que descarregar o caminhão pois o motorista não tinha ajudante....
Uma experiência que não desejo para ninguém...
Uma empresa que não é transparente nas informações..
Não me forneceram recibo de pagamento e nem a nota fiscal do produto adquirindo .
Sem contar que muitas telhas quebradas.
Se eu compraria lá novamente?

Já a qualidade dos produtos deixou um pouco a desejar porque devido a prazo para a execução do serviço não chegamos a solicitar a troca dos produtos.
Então solicito atenção na hora do envio, porque para aparelhar é cobrado 40% a mais sobre o valor bruto do produto e de 5 pranchas que recebemos, 3 vieram com imperfeições, lascadas e tem até uma que tá com massa devido a lasca.
