 I liked the fitness clothes and the bikinis, now the swimsuits I think can improve the finish. The service is also great.

O atendimento do capemi é um pouco melhor, São Rafael é terrível!!!
It has no commitment to the client, it is not always true what they post on social networks and in case of exchanges, they do everything to complicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto dos valores e da diversidade de produtos que a loja tem, porém, as vezes é um pouco complicado fazer uma compra por conta da quantidade de clientes dentro da loja, e comprar os modelos que estão em alta na estação é quase uma missão impossível.
I like the values and diversity of products that the store has, however, sometimes it is a little complicated to make a purchase due to the number of customers in the store, and buying the models that are in high season is almost an impossible mission.

Bikinis are cool, but staying 01 hours in line to pay is unacceptable. My second tiring experience. I do not buy more in this store.

It looked great after the renovation, more organized, greater visibility to see the store and products, brighter but not the variety of before the renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da loja do Ponto Alto deixa muito a desejar. Vendedoras apáticas e desinteressadas em mostrar os produtos às clientes. Ainda por cima, nem solicitou o meu cadastro para compras em atacado com uma quantidade menor de peças nas próximas compras.
Customer service at the Ponto Alto store leaves a lot to be desired. Salespeople apathetic and uninterested in showing products to customers. On top of that, it didn't even ask for my registration for wholesale purchases with a smaller amount of pieces in the next purchases.
