Não procuram entender a necessidade, simplesmente ficam enviando fotos aleatórias, mesmo explicando e mostrando detalhadamente o que eu queria, informando cores e modelo, tive muita dificuldade para realizar a compra.
I loved my pieces, but the online service is terrible. Attendants without patience. They don't try to understand the need, they just send random photos, even explaining and showing in detail what I wanted, informing colors and model, I had a lot of difficulty making the purchase.

Também quero acrescentar que, caso o zíper de alguma bolsa quebre, e tenha comprado lá, eles consertam de graça. Uma das minhas bolsas comprei nesse lugar, com dois meses de uso o zíper quebrou e já levei pra consertar umas três vezes. ? Vida que segue! ??♀️ Entretanto, conheço algumas pessoas que não tiveram o problema que eu tive. Também vendem guarda-chuva e carteiras. Aceitam cartões e parcelam.
