★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel ! Fui lesada, me colocaram uma garantia estendida mentindo dizendo que não e era sim. Fui muito mal atendida inclusive pelo gerente prometeram entregar o produto em determinada data e não entregaram.
Horrible ! I was injured, they placed an extended guarantee lying to me saying no and it was yes. I was very poorly attended even by the manager promised to deliver the product on a certain date and did not deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos bons, preço razoável, o que gostei principalmente q minha última compra foi parcelado no cartão sem acréscimo, coisa q só vi nela e em outra loja. A maioria das lojas tem acréscimo no cartão. Os vendedores poderiam ser um pouco mais atentos, não gosto que grudem qndo entro nas lojas, mas no Atacadão senti falta da atenção dos mesmos, bastava perguntar, se precisava de alguma coisa, se tinha alguma dúvida. Os vendedores por exemplo da Ricardo são atenciosos sem ser grudentos.
Good products, reasonable price, what I liked most that my last purchase was parceled out on the card without extra, something I only saw in it and in another store. Most stores have an extra card. The salesmen could be a little more attentive, I do not like that they stick when I enter the stores, but at Atacadão I missed their attention, just ask, if I needed anything, if I had any doubts. The vendors for example from Ricardo are attentive without being sticky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 3 móveis e 1 colchão, esse colchão quando chegou veio todo mofado, fui na loja para reclamar e pedir a troca, eles não quiseram arcar com o frete mesma o erro sendo deles e tive que arcar com o custo do frete, todo um transtorno envolvido também em todo esse processo. NÃO COMPRO MAS NESSA LOJA! A Experiência para a solução desse problema foi muito Ruim mesmo. Não recomendo a ir nessa loja de Parnamirim.
I bought 3 pieces of furniture and 1 mattress, this mattress when it arrived came all moldy, I went to the store to complain and ask for the exchange, they didn't want to bear the freight, the mistake was theirs and I had to bear the cost of the freight, a whole inconvenience. also involved in this whole process. DO NOT BUY BUT IN THIS STORE! The Experience to solve this problem was very Bad. I do not recommend going to that store in Parnamirim.
