Comprei um sofá aqui na loja de Natal/RN, em Capim Macio, que inicialmente veio rasgado, depois veio outro cor da qual comprei, em seguida veio um outro com defeito de fábrica e neste foi feito uma típica "gambiarra" pela Loja como solução, a qual acabou a estética do móvel. No momento estou tentando o estorno com a loja daqui de Natal mas disseram que isto seria com A matriz em João Pessoa e dos três dia de prazo, já fazem 10 dias e nenhum pronunciamento ou satisfação...Uma total falta de respeito pelo consumidor!
Full and total dissatisfaction! I bought a sofa here in the store in Natal/RN, in Capim Macio, which initially came torn, then another color I bought, then another one with factory defect and this one was made a typical "gambiarra" by the Store as a solution , which ended the furniture aesthetic. At the moment I'm trying to reverse it with the store here in Natal but they said that this would be with the headquarters in João Pessoa and the three-day deadline, it's been 10 days and no pronouncement or satisfaction...A total lack of respect for the consumer!
