Ao chegar lá, constatei que os funcionários não tinham muita experiência em mexer com um carro como o meu (uma Veracruz), mas até aí, tranquilo, me foi informado que o serviço demoraria 1,5 hora e me programei para ficar lá 2 horas.
Durante a atividade, não conseguiram tirar o bujão do diferencial dianteiro, e este fluido não foi trocado. Tbm não trocaram o fluido de freio e nem o fluido de arrefecimento do radiador, apesar de já ter se passado 2,5 horas lá.
Toda hora eles paravam pra atender outras pessoas ou pra olhar algo no celular.
Solicitei que realizassem o Flushing de 7 minutos antes de colocar no motor o novo óleo.
Ao final das contas, o serviço custou R$ 2050,00. Ou seja, fiz menos serviço do que estava orçado e paguei mais caro. Pelo que entendi, me cobraram uma mão de obra que não deveria ter sido cobrada (pelo menos foi o que entendi, pelo que estava escrito na fachada do estabelecimento).
Por fim, como tive que trocar o filtro de óleo do motor (pois é recomendado que ele seja trocado quando trocamos o óleo) acabei aceitando que eles colocassem um filtro da marca Vox, mesmo tendo sido informado por outros donos de Veracruz que esse filtro é ruim, ou seja, terei um retrabalho e um gasto à mais.
A única coisa que salvou, foi o atendimento do pessoal, eles são simpáticos e atendem bem, na medida do possível, carecendo de treinamento e foco.

When I got there, I found that the employees did not have much experience in handling a car like mine (a Veracruz), but until then, calmly, I was informed that the service would take 1.5 hours and I scheduled myself to stay there for 2 hours. .
During the activity, they were unable to remove the front differential plug, and this fluid was not changed. They also didn't change the brake fluid or the radiator coolant, despite having spent 2.5 hours there.
All the time they stopped to answer other people or to look at something on their cell phone.
I asked them to perform the 7-minute Flushing before putting the new oil in the engine.
At the end of the day, the service cost R$ 2050.00. That is, I did less service than was budgeted and paid more. From what I understand, they charged me for a labor that shouldn't have been charged (at least that's what I understood, from what was written on the facade of the establishment).
Finally, as I had to change the engine oil filter (as it is recommended that it be changed when we change the oil) I ended up accepting that they put a Vox brand filter, even though I had been informed by other Veracruz owners that this filter is bad, that is, I will have a rework and an extra expense.
The only thing that saved it was the service of the staff, they are friendly and serve well, as far as possible, lacking training and focus.
