Me entregaram a cerâmica quebrada na mesma hora liguei para o vendedor e o gerente, isso já tem 12 dias e nada foi resolvido todo dia que eu ligo tem uma enrolação diferente .

Não tem um número geral de administração para resolver os problemas. Comprar na rede Atacadão dos Pisos foi a pior experiência de todas as compras que eu fiz durante a obra no meu apartamento .
The store does not meet the delivery deadline. When you try to talk to the salesperson or manager to resolve the problem, you spend minutes and minutes on the line and no one answers. It doesn't have a general administration number to solve the problems. Shopping on the Atacadão dos Pisos network was the worst experience of all the purchases I made during the construction work on my apartment.

Mas, a loja se propôs a trocar, marcaram para fazer a troca e não vieram realizar. Tive que ir na loja e a troca foi realizada. O atendimento na loja foi bem cordial. Dou 3 estrelas por causa do transtorno.
