I am Milena's mother and with all the property I say it was an excellent choice to buy in the store, from telephone service to face-to-face service and delivery and assembly. Consultant / salesman Wander is excellent, attentive and understands everything about instruments. All staff friendly and helpful mto. It was a great buy! Fui na loja ver se tinha o pedal que eu queria, rodei a loja toda por 5min, ninguém nem me deu um bom dia ou olhou na minha cara.
Eu podia simplesmente ter pegado o pedal e ido embora que acho que eles não teriam notado.
De longe um dos atendimentos mais lixo do Rio de Janeiro.

Small store, few products and ridiculous customer service.
I went to the store to see if I had the pedal I wanted, I walked around the whole store for 5 minutes, no one even gave me a good day or looked me in the face.
I could have just taken the pedal and walked away which I don't think they would have noticed.
By far one of the most trashy services in Rio de Janeiro.
