Nunca vi um site tão tumultuado, passei muita raiva, gastei quase um dia todo pra conseguir fechar um carrinho, porque se você coloca uma peça no carrinho na hora de finalizar ela some porque outra pessoa pode ter reservado, isso é uma falta de respeito. E quando finalmente consegui fechar o pedido, o pag seguro não autorizou meu cartão, mesmo com os dados todos corretos, tentei por duas vezes até que desisti de comprar e fui procurar outro. Se vocês não tem estoque suficiente pra manter o site, deviam buscar uma forma mais simples de vender. As pessoas ficam perdendo tempo e gastando paciência. Decepcionada !

If you don't have enough inventory to maintain the site, you should look for a simpler way to sell. People are wasting time and wasting patience. Disappointed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra e chegou super rápido, bem antes do previsto, vendo que a loja fica em Teresina e eu moro no sul de Minas. Em 1 semana após o pedido recebi as roupas. Amei as peças, principalmente os bodys, os shorts de tecido e as t-shirts, achei de ótima qualidade. Não tive nenhum tipo de contratempo com a loja e a compra. Com certeza farei mais pedidos.

Estou com um problema desde o dia 08/10/2020, fiz a devolução dos produtos eles não receberam e nem foram retirar, já encaminhei 3 prints das notificações que recebi e eles simpleste não estão nem ai, não são cordiais para resolver o problema, estou muito decepcionada com o atendimento via whatssap, não buscam solucionar o problema e sim formas de dificultar para gente desistir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro : vc faz as compras e quando vai finalizar a metade do que vc comprou sai do carrinho, daí vc tem que pegar peças que vc nem gostou muito pra complementar o mínimo de pedidos. Resultado: quando chega a caixa, é uma decepção só , pq tem peças com pouca qualidade, mas tem outras muito boas. Tem que ter sorte. Os boris são maravilhosos, os jeans tbm, mas os cropet são muito pequenos, desproporcional com a parte de baixo quando faz conjunto. Mas chega bem antes do previsto, quando a isso eles estão de parabéns.

Os tamanhos são único, os bodys são bons, alguns vestem até o g mas tem alguns que é pp macaquinhos e conjuntos são muito pequenos vestem p. Os jeans da a opção de escolher os tamanho... É uma loja confiável porém já tive problemas nas costuras principalmente nos tecido bengaline. Mas eu gosto da loja, são alguns detalhes que precisam melhorar... atendimento top.
