★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de 100 sacos de lixo 200 litros através do site desta empresa, me entregaram 100 sacos de 100 litros, no dia 2 FEV 22, liguei para o SAC solicitando a troca, sendo atendido pela atendente Carolina que gerou o protocolo de nr 2022020222001347 me informando que estava em tratativa junto ao SAC, e que entrariam em contato comigo por e-mail, o que não ocorreu até hoje 9 FEV 22, enviei vários e-mails para o SAC e nada de resposta, fiz contato por wattszap e a conversa é a mesma: está em andamento com prioridade, sendo que estou sendo prejudicado com serviço parado devido estar a uma semana tentando resolver junto a empresa, vou reclamar junto aos órgãos de defesa do consumidor: Procon, Reclame aqui e Consumidor.gov.br.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra para minha empresa Omega X e recebi as caixas de papel dia 27/10/2021 todas danificadas, o entregador alegou que foi um detergente que estourou no caminhão, o entregador se negou de usar máscara e o uso ainda é obrigatório em ambientes fechados, minha funcionária pediu para ele trocar as caixas de Papel A4 e eles disseram que iam no caminhão buscar outras caixas para trocar e como ela já tinha assinado o canhoto foram embora, tenho foto e filmagem do estado das caixas, já somos clientes da PAPELEX um bom tempo e acho descaso agirem dessa forma. Estou precisando com urgência dos caixas de papel A4.
Fora que vc liga para o SAC fica escutando musiquinha até cair a ligação. ISSO É UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR!

I am in urgent need of the A4 paper boxes.
Other than that you call the SAC is listening to music until the call drops. THAT IS A LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CONSUMER!
