★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sure, other supermarkets look better and are cleaner, but this one focus on prices. So, yeah, if you want an organized, cozy and clean place, look elsewhere, if you want good prices, this is it. It seems most people in Brazil are more into the second group (prices), so plan your trip here for non-rush hours, or be prepared to wait 1+ hour in line, the place is often packed!!!! Also, the staff is scarce and not very helpful. So, with so many flaws, why aint I giving this a 2 or 3 stars? Well, it is my understanding that to have good prices, they cant have as many employees or climatization, or even a hip design, as other places. So, these qualities that would weight much more in other places, weight less here, and in fact all those flaws together, considering their prices, made me take only 1 star out. There is also another wholesale market across the road, but they dont take credit cards and Atakarejo does.
