Na 1a vez q usei o serviço atrasou 20 minutos além da expectativa que me foi passada.. tudo bem, mas na segunda vez, eu estando pressa ,quase meia hora de atraso além da expectativa, liguei e me informaram q o motoboy n achou minha casa e cancelou. Perguntados pq n me avisaram ainda mentiram dizendo q eu n atendi a ligação... completamente desrespeitoso. Só ganhou 1 estrela pq n dá p dar zero.
Disrespectful! The first time I used the service was 20 minutes late beyond the expectation I was given .. ok, but the second time, being in a hurry, almost half an hour late beyond the expectation, I called and informed me that motoboy n found my home and canceled. Asked why they didn't warn me yet they lied saying I didn't answer the call ... completely disrespectful. Only earned 1 star because p gives zero.
