★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei tinta PVA no último sábado, desisti da cor que era chocolate para azul, logo fui advertida quando solicitei a troca que não seria possível por "normas da casa" nem me olharam no rosto e disseram que não trocam tinta e nem papel...o direito do consumidor??? As regras de SAC para essa loja não existe né? Beleza, claro que saí decepcionada porém deixei a tinta marrom para ajuda los no orçamento do final do mês! NÃO FUI INFORMADA NA HORA DA COMPRA QUE NÃO EXISTE TROCA PARA ESSE TIPO DE MATERIAL.
I bought PVA ink last Saturday, gave up the color that was chocolate to blue, then I was warned when I requested the exchange that it would not be possible for "house rules" nor did they look me in the face and said that they do not exchange ink or paper ... consumer law ??? The SAC rules for this store do not exist right? Okay, of course I left disappointed but I left the brown paint to help them with the budget at the end of the month! I WAS NOT INFORMED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THAT THERE IS NO EXCHANGE FOR THIS TYPE OF MATERIAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bem organizada e com uma grande variedade de produtos porém o atendimento péssimo exceto da moça do caixa que foi bem atenciosa.
Os demais nos corredores da loja nem olha na sua cara, os valores também estão bem acima do mercado é um ponto super negativo é estacionamento para quem não conhece a região sofre por uma vaga.
Primeira vez que estive na loja e não tive uma boa experiência.
