Chamei para fazer um orçamento porém não sabia ainda a data certa. Queira uma base de valores, uma média ao menos, Como todas as empresas semelhantes estava Gentilmente passando. Mas essa não, me respondeu grosseiramente que sem data não tinha como passar. E que mesmo que tiver a data só reserva com pagamento, sem pagamento a agenda estava LOTADA.
OI? Eu estava pedindo orçamento e ela já me fala em tom de cobrança. Eu sei que só se reserva com pagamento mas como eu fecharia negócio com uma empresa que não tem a mínima vontade de ao menos passar uma média de valor?
Foi Extremamente grosseira.
Aínda assim eu mantive a conversa e disse a data que planejava o evento pra ver se ao menos com a data eu teria orçamento né
Fui simplesmente ignorada.
É uma pena, mtos relatos bons mas parece que escolhe a dedo quem vai tratar bem. Não tive sorte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Trabalho parece ser lindo e de qualidade, mas infelizmente não consegui contratar, pois o tom do atendimento mudou quando informei que não queria fazer pix nem fechar por fora da Elo7 (plataforma onde a encontrei). Além do "chá de canseira" que levei, fui chamada de "grosseira" ao questionar se não queria fechar por conta das taxas da plataforma, pois eu poderia arcar com as mesmas.. e "insensata".. ou seja, falta profissionalismo, é uma pena pois realmente queria contratar a decoração para o aniversário da minha filha (escolhida por ela, inclusive).
