★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me casei dia 19.02.22 .. e nunca imaginei que teria problemas com o Ateliê, pois quando fui alugar meu vestido tive um atendimento ótimo. Quando aluguei informei a forma que queria os ajustes, quando fui fazer as provas expliquei novamente como queria, MANDEI FOTOS de como queria os ajustes para melhor visualização, e quando fui retirar o vestido na quarta-feira dia 16.02.22 (lembrando que me casaria no sábado dia 19.02.22) nenhum ajuste tinha sido feito o vestido NÃO perecia ser o que eu aluguei, parecia outro vestido péssimo. Quando viram que o vestido não tinha os ajustes corretamente (inclusive tiraram minhas medidas na prova e quando experimentei fora os detalhes que não tinha, estava super apertado) pediram para eu ir na quinta-feira dia 17.02.22 retirar o vestido que eles iriam arrumar. Quando cheguei lá na quinta-feira eles tinham arrumado alguns detalhes porém ainda faltava boa parte para fazer e fizeram os ajustes com o vestido no meu corpo, fiquei em pé de 2 a 3 horas para eles fazerem os últimos detalhes. (Fora a demora, pois cheguei às 10:30 como combinado e me atenderam por volta de 12:00/12:30 para depois ajustarem o vestido onde fiquei de 3 a 2 horas em pé, cheguei no ateliê 10:30 e sai de lá por volta das 15:30) E ainda teve um detalhe que eles não conseguiram arrumar. Ou seja foi um estresse e cansaço desnecessário, pois havia mandado fotos e explicado como queria o vestido, acho que faltando de 3 a 2 dias para o casamento foi uma grande dor de cabeça desnecessária pois eles poderiam dar uma atenção melhor para os ajustes e detalhes que é pedido.
Espero que isso não aconteça com outras ou próximas noivas pois é uma experiência bem desagradável.
 I got married on 02.19.22 .. and I never imagined that I would have problems with the Atelier, because when I went to rent my dress I had great service. When I rented I informed the way I wanted the adjustments, when I went to do the fittings I explained again how I wanted it, I SENT PHOTOS of how I wanted the adjustments for better visualization, and when I went to remove the dress on Wednesday 02.16. on Saturday 19.02.22) no adjustments had been made the dress did NOT seem to be the one I rented, it looked like another terrible dress. When they saw that the dress didn't fit correctly (they even took my measurements in the fitting and when I tried on the details that I didn't have, it was super tight) they asked me to go on Thursday 02.17.22 to remove the dress that they were going to fix . When I got there on Thursday they had fixed some details but there was still a good part to do and they made the adjustments with the dress on my body, I stayed up for 2 to 3 hours for them to do the last details. (Apart from the delay, as I arrived at 10:30 as agreed and they attended me around 12:00/12:30 to then adjust the dress where I stood for 3 to 2 hours, I arrived at the studio at 10:30 and left around 15:30) And there was one detail that they couldn't fix. In other words, it was unnecessary stress and fatigue, as I had sent photos and explained how I wanted the dress, I think that with 3 or 2 days left for the wedding it was a big unnecessary headache because they could pay better attention to the adjustments and details which is requested.
I hope this doesn't happen to other or upcoming brides as it's a very unpleasant experience.

O atendimento recebido desde a escolha do vestido até a retirada e devolução foram sem palavras, somente agradeço pelo carinho com que tudo foi feito, cada membro desta equipe que trabalhou para que meu dia fosse incrível... E assim foi... ?
Usei 2 vestidos maravilhosos, coroa e mantilha lindas, tudo super elogiado por todos. Enfim... ficou tudo lindo, a verdadeira realização de um sonho!!!

I got married on 12/04 and everything was just perfect! The care received from choosing the dress to the pick up and return was speechless, I just thank you for the care with which everything was done, each member of this team who worked to make my day amazing... And so it was... ?
I wore 2 wonderful dresses, a beautiful crown and mantilla, all of which were highly praised by everyone. Anyway... everything was beautiful, the true realization of a dream!!!

Definitivamente ele ficou mais perfeito do que imaginei, fiquei tão linda, tão princesa e tão rainha.
Todos amaram, deixou minha festa ainda mais luxuosa e sofisticada. A melhor escolha que eu fiz foi ter escolhido a Giovanna Noivas, tanto o meu vestido princesa como o midi ficaram lindos e impecáveis.

He was definitely more perfect than I imagined, I was so beautiful, so princess and so queen.
Everyone loved it, it made my party even more luxurious and sophisticated. The best choice I made was to choose Giovanna Brides, both my princess dress and the midi dress were beautiful and impeccable.
I was so princess that the kids at the party wanted to take a picture with me, thinking I was a Disney princess hahaha.
