Péssimo atendimento, todos os vestidos que foram fechados com quase 1 ano de antecedência, na semana da festa voltaram com defeito, não resolveram nem no dia e queriam me empurrar outro com tudo pronto faltando horas para a festa, uma vergonha, tudo um lixo, o barato saiu caro e foi traumatizante, espero que mais ninguém passe por nada parecido, foi a pior fornecedora que eu ja tive em TODOS os aspectos, lixo define.
Horrible! Terrible service, all the dresses that were closed almost 1 year in advance, in the week of the party, came back defective, they didn't fix it even on the day and they wanted to push me another one with everything ready with hours before the party, a shame, everything is rubbish, the cheap was expensive and it was traumatizing, I hope no one else goes through anything like that, it was the worst supplier I've ever had in ALL aspects, garbage defines.

Atendimento horrível, vestidos com todos os defeitos possíveis, passei um sufoco no dia da festa pq os vestidos que eram pra ser de 1º locação voltaram depois de 6 meses com todos os defeitos possíveis, tiveram mais de 1 semana pra resolver e no dia de pegar os vestidos ainda estavam com defeito, queriam trocar os vestidos por outros e me trataram absurdamente mal, nunca fui tratada tão mal por fornecedores, nada pior do que confiar no trabalho de alguém e ser enganado e destratado, nem na hora de entregar os vestidos tiveram coragem de ir falar comigo, um absurdo, vergonha dessa profissional e da equipe!!!!!
Terrible! Horrible service, dressed with all possible defects, I had a suffocation on the day of the party because the dresses that were to be for the 1st location came back after 6 months with all possible defects, they had more than 1 week to resolve and on the day to pick up the dresses were still defective, they wanted to exchange the dresses for others and they treated me absurdly, I have never been treated so badly by suppliers, there is nothing worse than trusting in someone else's work and being deceived and mistreated, even when delivering the dresses they had courage to talk to me, absurd, ashamed of this professional and the team!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO!!!! não caiam nesse golpe, no primeiro atendimento são ótimas, vestidos excelentes, prometem o mundo, com 1 ano de antecedência ficou tudo lindo, chegou perto da festa e os vestidos que elas prometeram ser de primeira locação estavam todos com defeitos, ficou tudo horrível e prejudicou toda minha festa, insistiram que estava assim antes, tentaram me fazer trocar os vestidos e acabaram com grande parte do meu sonho, foram profissionais péssimas, fui maltratada de todas as formas, uma vergonha, um lixo, não recomendo para ninguém e espero que ninguém passe por isso, gaste mais e não se submeta a tantas coisas horríveis, péssimo, meu maior arrependimento!!!!
TERRIBLE!!!! don't fall for that scam, on the first visit they are great, excellent dresses, they promise the world, 1 year in advance everything was beautiful, it came close to the party and the dresses that they promised to be first location were all defective, everything was horrible and it damaged my whole party, they insisted that it was like this before, they tried to make me change my dresses and ended up with a large part of my dream, they were terrible professionals, I was mistreated in every way, shameful, rubbish, I don't recommend it to anyone and I hope that no one goes through this, spend more and do not submit to so many horrible things, terrible, my biggest regret!!!!
