★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vedem o produto e depois do prazo de entrega dizem que está fora de linha.
No dia 08/11/21 comprei papéis de parede com instalação inclusa, prazo de 15 dias, 3 semanas depois mandei mensagem cobrando. Algumas horas depois responderam dizendo que o papel estava fora de linha, ou seja, até então não tinham feito o pedido. Haviam recebido o pagamento e simplesmente nada fizeram.
Dia 09/01/22 voltei na loja e escolhi outro papel, disseram que em 3 dias chegaria. Já se passaram 10 e nada. Eles não respondem mensagem, dificilmente atendem o telefone, e quando atendem te tratam como se estivessem te fazendo um favor e dizem que retornarão em seguida, mas nunca retornam.
Tenho impressão que vão me enrolar para enfim dizer que esse outro papel também não existe.
They sell the product and after the delivery deadline they say it is out of order.
On 11/08/21 I bought wallpapers with installation included, within 15 days, 3 weeks later I sent a message charging. A few hours later they replied saying that the paper was out of line, that is, until then they had not placed the order. They had received payment and simply did nothing.
On 01/09/22 I went back to the store and chose another paper, they said it would arrive in 3 days. It's been 10 and nothing. They don't answer messages, they hardly answer the phone, and when they do they treat you like they're doing you a favor and say they'll get back to you right away, but they never do.
I have the impression that they're going to roll me over to finally say that this other role doesn't exist either.

Comprei um berço e uma cômoda me entregaram na cor errada, solicitei a troca e estão me enrolando há 4 meses, não atendem mais as ligações e não respondem as mensagens.
Foi combinado um kit higiene e uma almofada que até hoje não entregaram também.
Awful!!!
I bought a crib and a dresser they gave me in the wrong color, I requested an exchange and they've been rolling me up for 4 months, they don't answer calls and don't respond to messages.

Já conhecia a loja então sabia que a entrega é garantida, mas se fosse informado o atraso com antecedência, daria mais tranquilidade na espera. A qualidade dos produtos, aplicação do papel de parede e montagem dos móveis superou às expectativas.
Great initial service, but delivery was delayed and I was without information for a period. I already knew the store so I knew that delivery is guaranteed, but if the delay was informed in advance, it would give more tranquility in the wait. The quality of the products, wallpaper application and furniture assembly exceeded expectations.
