★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar. Minha mãe alugou um vestido lá e disseram que todos os vestidos eram deles. No dia da prova chegamos lá e disseram que não tinham mais o vestido e que fariam outro igual. Então conversamos pedindo que o vestido tinha que ser o mesmo que alugamos e a dona disse que conseguiria ele sim, que até dia 20 estaria com ele. Pois então no dia 20 ligamos e ela veio com outra história dizendo que estava fazendo um vestido parecido, isso faltando 10 dias pra festa onde iria utilizar o vestido e não tinha nem o vestido e nem sido feito prova da roupa. E detalhe foi no dia 20 porque eu coloquei uma data, porque se dependesse deles iríamos lá no dia 28 que foi a data que eles falaram pra ir lá(4 dias antes da festa pra fazer a primeira prova). Fomos lá no mesmo dia e pegamos o nosso dinheiro de volta, pois além da dona não passar confiança nenhuma, nos enrolou e fez eu ir três vezes até o local atoa, sendo que moro muito longe e gastei tempo e gasolina atoa porque tentaram nos enrolar. Minha vó também alugou lá no mesmo dia que minha mãe e fomos 2 vezes fazer a prova e eles não tinham feito ajuste nenhum. Sendo que no dia que ela alugou eles tiraram as medidas, e quando fomos no dia da prova eles tinham perdido o papel das medidas e tiveram que fazer de novo e na segunda prova não fizeram nada dos ajustes que prometeram. Acabou que na última vez que fomos lá minha vó se irritou e não quis mais o vestido porque não fizeram nada dos ajustes. Saímos de lá e fomos em outro lugar que resolveu nosso problema e ficamos aliviados de não precisar mais ir nesse lugar super desorganizado que tenta enrolar os outros e não passa confiança nenhuma.

We went there on the same day and got our money back, because besides the owner not giving any confidence, she tricked us and made me go three times to the place for nothing, since I live very far away and I wasted time and gas for nothing because they tried to trick us . My grandmother also rented there the same day as my mother and we went twice to take the test and they hadn't made any adjustments. Since the day she rented them they took the measurements, and when we went on the day of the test they had lost the role of measurements and had to do it again and on the second test they didn't make any of the adjustments they promised. It turned out that the last time we went there my grandmother got angry and didn't want the dress anymore because they didn't do any of the adjustments. We left there and went to another place that solved our problem and we were relieved that we no longer need to go to this super disorganized place that tries to swindle others and doesn't show any confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência que tive na vida. Não entregam o que prometem, extremamente desorganizados, perdidos, atrapalhados, faz a gente ir la provar varias vezes e cada vez um erro. Marcam ajusta e não fazem. Prometem coisas simples como arrumar um zíper e no dia da prova entregam outro vestido para provar. Foi um verdadeiro caos. Meus convidados chegaram as 15:00 para retirar os vestidos e todos deram problemas, no zíper, no bojo, no forro, saíram da loja quase 21:00.
Pensando seriamente em entrar com um processo contra essa loja, pelo péssimo serviço prestado, pela falta de educação e profissionalismo, por ter sido exposta ao ridículo perante os jovens que alugaram a roupa la. NUNCA ALUGUEL ROUPA NESSA LOJA. NÃO INDICO
The worst experience I had in my life. They don't deliver what they promise, extremely disorganized, lost, confused, makes us go there to prove it several times and each time a mistake. My guests arrived at 3:00 pm to remove their dresses and everyone had problems, with the zipper, the bulge, the lining, they left the store almost 21:00.
Seriously thinking about filing a lawsuit against this store, for the bad service provided, for the lack of education and professionalism, for having been exposed to ridicule in front of the young people who rented the clothes there. NEVER RENT CLOTHING AT THIS STORE. DO NOT INDICATE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo, fiz várias provas e os ajustes não foram feitos, no dia que fui retirar vestido para a festa o vestido continuava sem os ajustes, tive que fazer três provas no dia que era apenas para retirar e vestido todo torto, sem terem feito ajustes, barra, e agem como se tudo estivesse ok, não dão um parecer, uma explicação, muito descaso, resumindo não peguei o vestido e pedi meu dinheiro de volta as vésperas do evento, tento que sair desesperada atrás de outro! Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei 3 vestidos para as minhas daminhas, meu casamento foi adiado 2 vezes, quanto à isso não tive nenhum problema com a loja, não tive reajuste de valor nem nada do tipo. Desde o princípio nós escolhemos os vestidos e desde então eu que sou a noiva disse que queria os 3 vestidos iguais... Sempre me disseram que seriam todos iguais e tudo mais que eu quisesse de alterações. Pois bem, meu casamento foi agora em 15 de janeiro de 2022, eu havia ido lá na loja com as meninas umas 5 provas (detalhe que eu moro em SBC e a loja é em Santo André, cada ida na loja eu gastava quase 100 reais de Uber), todas as vezes tiravam as medidas das meninas e os vestidos continuavam a mesma coisa, não faziam as alterações que haviam sido marcadas nas provas anteriores ... Na penúltima prova tiraram medidas novamente e disseram que na próxima semana que já era a do meu casamento os vestidos estariam prontos para elas provarem e retirarem. Na última prova eu não pude ir pois estava na minha semana da noiva no salão de beleza, mas minha mãe e as mães das meninas foram até a loja... E para a nossa surpresa chegaram lá e elas haviam trocado os 3 vestidos para 3 vestidos novos ... Pasmem, fui até lá umas 5 provas provando os mesmos vestidos, para chegar na retirada e eles mudarem tudo? Nisso as meninas tiverem que ficar na loja por mais de 3 horas para que as costureiras fizessem os ajustes nos vestidos... 3 crianças cansadas já, com fome e nada dos vestidos ficarem prontos... Enfim ficaram prontos não posso dizer nada sobre o resultado final pq ficaram lindos, mas a loja me fez e fez as meninas e as mães das meninas de idiotas por irem tantas vezes provar os vestidos e chegar no dia da retirada mudar tudo de novo ... Por esse motivo eu nunca mais alugo nada lá e não recomendo para ninguém!!!

In the penultimate test they took measurements again and said that next week it was the from my wedding the dresses would be ready for them to try on and take off. In the last fitting I couldn't go because it was my bridal week at the beauty salon, but my mother and the girls' mothers went to the store... And to our surprise they got there and they had changed the 3 dresses for 3 new dresses... Amazing, I went there for about 5 fittings trying on the same dresses, to arrive at the pick-up and they change everything? In this the girls had to stay in the store for more than 3 hours for the seamstresses to make the adjustments to the dresses... 3 children were already tired, hungry and none of the dresses were ready... Finally they were ready I can't say anything about the final result because they were beautiful, but the store made me and made the girls and the mothers of the girls idiots for going so many times to try on the dresses and arriving on the day of withdrawal change everything again... For this reason I never rent anything again I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
