Então solicitei um planner personalizado onde a arte da capa produzida por um primo ficou perfeita. Porém, ao pegar meu planner teve várias solicitações que não foram atendidas, e notei quando cheguei em meu trabalho, onde pude com calma visualizar, mas antes na empolgação tinha escrito meu nome na primeira página.
Entrei em contato com a loja a qual informou que fazia as alterações, mas quando informei que havia colocado meu nome, não iriam aceitar mais, mesmo a página a qual estava escrita não necessitária de alterações. As alterações seriam feitas no miolo, e as páginas seriam reaproveitadas. Mas infelizmente isso não aconteceu, lamentável a falta de empatia da loja com seus clientes, pois a personalização de um planner não é barato. Outra situação lamentável que ao dar feedback no Instagram da loja, simplesmente apagaram, sem nenhuma comunicação com seu cliente.
Levando em consideração esta situação, não recomendo a personalização, ou caso contratem, tem que checar sempre e com muita cautela.
Algo que era pra ser bacana, se tornou uma frustração, onde não utilizo o planner o qual comprei e que deveria ser personalizado.
Sensational to have a workshop in the stationery area where you can customize your agenda or planner.
So I requested a custom planner where the cover art produced by a cousin was perfect. However, when I got my planner, there were several requests that were not met, and I noticed when I arrived at my work, where I could calmly visualize, but before, in the excitement, I had written my name on the first page.
I contacted the store which informed that it was making the changes, but when I informed that I had put my name, they would not accept it anymore, even the page which was written does not need to be changed. The changes would be made in the core, and the pages would be reused. But unfortunately that didn't happen, regretting the lack of empathy between the store and its customers, because customizing a planner isn't cheap. Another unfortunate situation that when giving feedback on the store's Instagram, they simply deleted it, without any communication with their customer.
Taking this situation into account, I do not recommend customization, or if you hire them, you have to always check with great caution.
Something that was supposed to be cool, became a frustration, where I don't use the planner I bought and that should be customized.
