Após reclamação empresa entrou em contato e está tentando resolver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, unica agilidade da empresa foi para receber, estou com meu piso todo marcado, onde não fui instruído que era necessário usar 'sapato' nos moveis, piso instalado a 2 meses todo marcado, sem retorno do pós vendas. estou a um mês aguardando a troca que sera utilizado o MEU piso, sendo defeito e falha deles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de todo o piso vinílico dos meus quartos, rodapés e carpete com pagamento à vista de alto valor no final de novembro de 2019! Me prometeram finalizar instalação até 23/12/19!! Além da falta de compromisso da empresa, e o não cumprimento do prazo, estou até HOJE 13/01) a esperar a funcionária Sandra e o dono da loja João, me retornarem para enviar funcionários para a finalização! Já me desmarcaram por várias vezes e além do descaso para o assunto, fizeram um serviço mal feito, com rodapés de bordas quebradas, falta de piso em juntas e riscaram ainda o meu mármore da escada ao subir com os materiais ! Ah!!! Vale ressaltar que no dia da entrega o funcionário não queria subir com o material, e o fez depois de muito custo, com certeza sem cuidado algum, levando a essa danificação !!
Espero o mínimo de respeito dessa loja para acabar com esse pesadelo de negociação !
NÃO INDICO A NINGUEM!!! Cuidado !!

Ah !!! It is noteworthy that on the day of delivery the employee did not want to come up with the material, and made after a lot of cost, certainly without any care, leading to this damage !!
I hope the minimum of respect that store to end this nightmare of trading!
