★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma cotação, e quando o valor ficou mais caro do que as outras que eu tinha, agradeci e falei que o valor estava fora pra mim. A pessoa que me atendeu foi muito grosseira ao dizer que "bordados computadorizados são sofisticados e que não é a realidade de muitos". As pessoas precisam aprender a ouvir "não", não sou obrigada a fechar um bordado com eles, estou fazendo cotações porque sei o valor do meu dinheiro. Depois dessa mensagem extramamente "educada" ainda fui bloqueada.
Ainda bem que não fechei o serviço, porque penso que se no atendimento pré venda agem dessa forma, o pós venda não consigo nem imaginar.
 I asked for a quote, and when the value became more expensive than the others I had, I thanked them and said that the value was out for me. The person who attended me was very rude when he said that "computerized embroidery is sophisticated and that it is not the reality of many". People need to learn to hear "no", I don't have to do some embroidery with them, I'm making quotes because I know the value of my money. After this extremely "polite" message I was still blocked.
I'm glad I didn't close the service, because I think that if they act like that in the pre-sales service, the after-sales service I can't even imagine.

Amazing! Capricious in each piece! Unique details that make all the difference! You can't find such a professional in embroidery!
