Exceptional service, friendly and helpful attendants, and the snack is very tasty! The chocolate donnut is soooo yummy I suggest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridículo. Entrei com fome a procura de um salgado e a atendente riu da minha cara quando pedi se tinha algum salgado sem lactose devido a minha condição de restrição alimentar. Nunca mais piso nesse lugar. Andei um pouco mais e encontrei outro lugar, onde a atendente me falou sobre cada um dos salgados e me ofereceu uma opção com queijo ZERO LACTOSE! Isso sim é atendimento e profissionalismo, ao contrário desse Atelier, que se tiver arte é apenas a arte do mau atendimento. Lamentável.
Ridiculous. I went hungry looking for a salty and the attendant laughed in my face when I asked if there was any salty without lactose due to my condition of restricted food. Never walk in that place again. I walked a little further and found another place, where the attendant told me about each of the snacks and offered me an option with ZERO LACTOSE cheese! This is service and professionalism, unlike this Atelier, which if you have art is just the art of poor service. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor padaria do São Mateus! Tudo é muito gostoso, especialmente a tortinha de frango. Tomar café antes do trabalho também, ótimo atendimento, ficava horas conversando com as meninas :)
Best bakery in São Mateus! Everything is very tasty, especially the chicken pie. Drinking coffee before work too, great service, I spent hours talking with the girls :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem padaria melhor que a atelier do pão ?. Tem um pudim que é de comer rezando de tão gostoso. O pão de sal e pão tattau nem se fala. Bolo maçã com passa é uma maravilha. Os salgados vc come um e quer comer mais principalmente o pastel gaúcho. A equipe da atelier do pão são super competentes. A balconista ana Claudia é muito prestativa e anteciosa. Recomendo a atelier do pão pra todos.
There's no better bakery than the bread atelier ?. There is a pudding that is delicious to eat. The salt bread and tattau bread are not even mentioned. Apple cake with raisin is wonderful. The savory ones you eat and want to eat more mainly the gaucho pastry. The bread atelier staff are super competent. The clerk Ana Claudia is very helpful and attentive. I recommend the bread workshop to everyone.
