 At your scheduled nail time, there is a client being treated by the professional, a disrespect to the client ... The professional doesn't even finish the job and if you want to cuticle and paint you must still wait for someone to vacate to finish. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS. IF THERE WAS 0 it was what it deserved.
