★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei 3 limpezas, a Dra. Juliana mal olhou para os dentes. Péssimo atendimento. A profissional mais mais parecia uma vendedora de loja tentando bater meta do que uma dentista. Das três limpezas que agendei, nenhuma foi realizada, a dentista apenas passou flour mal e porcamente. Porcamente MESMO pois deixou minha filha toda suja escovo mil vezes melhor.
Deviam ter vergonha.

Em primeiro lugar, não me chamo Mônica e isso mostra mais uma vez a incompetência da empresa.
Segundo, meu relato está totalmente reafirmado, péssimo atendimento e mais parece uma loja de vendas desesperados por bater metas. A Dra.Juliana realmente não executa bem o serviço que lhe é paga paga para fazer, e sim foram 3 limpezas agendadas, uma minha, uma da minha filha e uma do meu esposo.
Terceiro, houve sim reclamação, inclusive via Whatsapp pois vocês ficam enviando mensagens e em uma dessas a reclamação foi feita. Obviamente, sem retorno pois o que importa para vocês é a exposição e não satisfação do paciente, este que vocês tratam como clientes e não paciente.
Quarta e última, não retornei, não retorno, não indico e nunca pretendo ter que retornar. Espero sinceramente que o conceito de vocês mudem. Paciente não é cliente. O serviço prestado pela Dra. É ruim. Nunca fui tão mal atendida e falo em relação a serviço prestado.
 I booked 3 cleanings, Dr. Juliana barely looked at her teeth. Terrible attendance. The professional looked more like a store saleswoman trying to hit a goal than a dentist. Of the three cleanings I scheduled, none were performed, the dentist just smeared flour poorly. Poorly EVEN because it made my daughter all dirty a thousand times better.
They should be ashamed.

First of all, I am not called Monica and this shows once again the company's incompetence.
Second, my account is fully reaffirmed, lousy service and more like a sales store desperate to hit goals. Dr. Julia does not really perform the service that she is paid to do, but there were 3 cleanings scheduled, one for me, one for my daughter and one for my husband.
Third, there was a complaint, including via Whatsapp because you are sending messages and in one of these the complaint was made. Obviously, there is no return, because what matters to you is exposure and not patient satisfaction, which you treat as clients and not patients.
Fourth and last, I did not return, I do not return, I do not indicate and I never intend to have to return. I sincerely hope that your concept will change. Patient is not a client. The service provided by Dr. It is bad. I've never been so poorly attended and I talk about the service provided.

I'm monitoring and treating bruxism with Dr. Amanda de Souza. It's hard to describe how comforting it is to be in the care of such a capable and caring professional. The excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction are certainly a differential that places both the professional and the clinic at the level of the best dental clinics in all of RJ.

Foi uma cirurgia muito tranquila, não senti qualquer incômodo durante a remoção e o pós operatório foi incrivelmente suave. A doutora se mostrou o tempo inteiro atenciosa e preocupada com o bem estar do paciente, antes, durante e após o procedimento. Recomendo demais a clínica e a doutora Amanda.
I was assisted by Dr. Amanda de Souza to remove two wisdom teeth. It was a very smooth surgery, I didn't feel any discomfort during the removal and the post-op was incredibly smooth. The doctor was always attentive and concerned about the patient's well-being, before, during and after the procedure. I highly recommend the clinic and Dr Amanda.

Outro ponto positivo é que possui convênio com vários planos odontológicos. Em meus atendimentos, fiz limpeza e após ser identificada uma perda óssea em consequência de bruxismo, fiz uma placa e estou super satisfeito. Fui muito bem atendido desde o primeiro atendimento via telefone/whatsapp, na chegada com as profissionais da recepção até o profissionais da odontologia. Fica minhas 5 estrelas e indicação.
