★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CORRAM DESSA EMPRESA. EMPRESA PÉSSIMA. Só querem saber de vender. Desligam o telefone na cara do cliente quando se vai reclamar. Após a venda não querem saber mais do cliente. Não querem saber da entrega. A atendente se acha a maioral porque diz ser arquiteta. Se fosse boa arquiteta mesmo não estava trabalhando em uma marmoraria fundo de quintal e também saberia atender as necessidades dos clientes. O pós venda é tão ruim, que após a venda não querem saber como será feito o transporte das peças até a obra e quem vai descarregar as peças. O cliente tem que se virar para conseguir resolver a parte logística. Procurem outras marmorarias, que existe boas em BH.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. BAD COMPANY. They just want to know how to sell. They hang up the phone in the customer's face when they are going to complain. After the sale they don't want to know more from the customer. They don't care about the delivery. The attendant thinks she is the biggest because she claims to be an architect. If I was a good architect, I wasn't working in a backyard marble and would also know how to meet the needs of clients. After-sales is so bad that after the sale they don't want to know how the parts will be transported to the job site and who will unload the parts. The customer has to manage to solve the logistical part. Look for other marbles, which are good in BH.
