★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 4 metros de terra, entregou um caminhão inteiro, e não avisou. Os pedreiros na obra reclamaram na hora da entrega e foram ignorados. Eu reclamei depois pelo Whatsapp, também fui ignorada.
Se só entrega o caminhão inteiro, devia ter me falado. Agora vou ter que gastar com caçamba, que não ia ter porque a obra é pequena. Falta de profissionalismo, ignora o cliente sem a menor vergonha.
I asked for 4 meters of land, delivered an entire truck, and did not advise. The masons at the site complained at the time of delivery and were ignored. I complained later on Whatsapp, I was also ignored.
If you only deliver the entire truck, you should have told me. Now I'm going to have to spend with a bucket, which I wouldn't have because the work is small. Lack of professionalism, ignores the customer without the slightest shame.
