★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei em meados de agosto de 2016 um sofa retratil e reclinavel sob medida dessa empresa. Fui atendido pela proprietaria Daniele e seu marido que não recordo o nome. Menos de 2 semanas depois o sofa começou a descosturar e rasgou ao puxar a parte retratil. Ele veio com uma linha e uma agulha e costurou a parte rasgada e as partes que apareciam a espuma, que pouco tempo depois descosturaram novamente. Depois disso, começamos a perceber o péssimo alinhamento das outras costuras, o péssimo acabamento geral do sofa,
até que em janeiro de 2017 meu filho derrubou o controle remoto da TV dentro do sofá e ao abrir pra tirar o controle, tive mais uma surpresa: o sofa era de molas bonnel com cintas elasticas de pessima qualidade, algumas inclusive ja estavam esgarçadas e não cobriam a totalidade do assento, o que explica a percepção de estar sentado em buracos e bem desconfortavel. O detalhe é que foi contratado e pago mais caro por um sofá que tivesse molas ensacadas. Agora em maio, menos de 1 ano depois, o sofá aparenta ter mais de 10 anos de uso, os braços estão moles, as costuras todas soltando, varios buracos ao se sentar... enfim, vou ter que mandar reformar um sofa com menos de 1 ano de uso, e isso porque quase não usamos, já que meu filho fica na escolinha o dia todo e eu e minha esposa tambem trabalhamos o dia todo e ficamos fora. Se usássemos o sofa todos os dias, ele já estaria nessas condições com 2 meses de uso. Antes de comprar o sofa, a Daniele mandava e respondia Whatsapp todos os dias, depois que comecei a reclamar dos problemas nunca mais respondeu nenhuma mensagem. O valor gasto foi de 3300 reais pagos antecipadamente a vista. Em resumo, fuja dessa empresa.

until in January 2017 my son dropped the remote control of the TV inside the sofa and when opening to take the control, I had one more surprise: the sofa was made of bonnel springs with elastic straps of very poor quality, some were already frayed and not covered the entire seat, which explains the perception of sitting in holes and very uncomfortable. The detail is that it was hired and paid more for a sofa that had pocket springs. Now in May, less than 1 year later, the sofa appears to have been in use for more than 10 years, the arms are soft, the seams all loosening, several holes when sitting ... anyway, I will have to have a sofa renovated with less of 1 year of use, and this is because we hardly use it, since my son stays in the school all day and my wife and I also work all day and stay out. If we used the sofa every day, it would already be in these conditions with 2 months of use. Before buying the sofa, Daniele sent and answered Whatsapp every day, after I started complaining about the problems she never answered any messages. The amount spent was R $ 3300 paid in advance in cash. In short, run away from that company.
