★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo antes do Covid eles já prezavam pela resolução de pendências via online, contudo, agora onde de fato precisamos ainda mais desta presteza, a Athena deixa muito a desejar e deixa inoperante a resposta via e-mail, não disponibilizando outro canal efetivo de contato.... Não tenho como avaliar diferente de ruim, aliás bem ruim.

Tenho histórico de sempre pagar em dia, as vezes o site não funciona, app para iOS não funcionava, deviam observar isso antes de cobrar multa! E quando o condômino é bom pagador, avaliar essa cobrança!

The company is disorganized with the slips not sending them to the payers, however when the payment does not occur, they promptly protest their name without any prior notice.

Boletos atrasados, não mandam a segunda via, não respondem e-mail, parece que temos q implirar pra pagar ou fazem isso de propósito pra gerar juros.
Tive problemas de um boleto que não deram baixa e cobrança indevida. Paguei um boleto falaram que era de outra sala. Vergonhoso, total desorganização.
