★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando você liga para vendas e pergunta um determinado produto que ele comercializa , o vendedor como não sabe explicar ele simplismente deixa você na linha até desligar, é quando você liga novamente ele diz que não atendeu ninguem, péssimo isso!!
When you call for sales and ask a certain product that he sells, the salesman as he does not know how to explain it, he simply leaves you on the line until he hangs up, that's when you call him again, he says he did not answer anyone, lousy it !!

Comprei um cinto de segurança que as cintas das pernas são torcidas e o talabarte é todo esticado, diferente do fornecido pela empresa vicsa, cinto de segurança com as fitas certinhas e talabarte que a fita é retraída... Agora peguei uma trava quedas retrátil e usei uma única vez, informaram em "laudo" que o mosquetão voltou rápido demais à caixa e por isso considera como mau uso R$ 550,00 jogado fora... Usar pela primeira vez e ter essa fragilidade toda, brincadeira né?! Definitivamente não volto a fazer mais negócios com essa empresa.

Now I took a retractable fall arrest device and used it only once, they informed in "report" that the carabiner came back too quickly to the box and therefore it considers R$ 550.00 thrown away as a misuse... .Use it for the first time and have all this fragility, kidding, right?! I will definitely not do business with this company again.
