★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bastante antiprofissional e irresponsável pois receberam pela administração da locação de um imóvel, mas sequer sabem fazer uma vistoria de saída. A inquilina deixou o bem sem cumprir a vistoria de entrada integrante da locação e eles rescindiram o contrato mesmo sem autorização do proprietário e os devidos reparos. A nós os prejuízos do amadorismo. Não recomendo.
Very unprofessional and irresponsible place because they received by the management of the lease of a property, but do not even know how to do an exit inspection. The tenant left the property without fulfilling the lease entry inspection and they terminated the contract even without the owner's permission and proper repairs. To us the damage of amateurism. I do not recommend.
