★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio bem localizado. Fica próximo da litorânea, do Shopping da Ilha, do Mateus do Vinhais. Os apartamentos são pequenos, mas duas pessoas ou um casal com até dois filhos moram de boa. Possui uma vaga de estacionamento, piscina, quadra e parquinho para crianças.
Condo well located. It is close to the coast, Shopping da Ilha, Mateus do Vinhais. The apartments are small, but two people or a couple with up to two children can live comfortably. It has a parking space, swimming pool, court and playground for children.
