★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem lotado, professores da natação e do circuito são excelentes. A limpeza deixa a desejar tanto da área da musculação e da piscina e dos vidros e parede. O banheiro é bem limpinho. Falta uma equipe de limpeza, pois só vejo uma mulher fazendo tudo aquilo.Dps q comecei fazer academia estou me sentindo muito bem, precisa melhorar alguns pontos,mas gosto muito de frequentar lá. As recepcionista/o são uma graça ✨
Very crowded, swimming and circuit teachers are excellent. The cleaning leaves something to be desired both in the weight area and in the pool and in the windows and walls. The bathroom is very clean. There is a lack of a cleaning team, because I only see one woman doing all that. After I started going to the gym I'm feeling very well, it needs to improve some points, but I really like going there. The receptionist is a grace ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A preocupação com o bem estar e saúde é visível na academia. Desde meu primeiro dia, fui recebido com bastante educação e simpatia.
A academia se preocupa em criar seu próprio roteiro de exercícios individualizados a cada aluno, mediante a um exame bem detalhado e esclarecedor de avaliação física.
A piscina é aquecida então dá coragem de encarar também no frio!
E os professores são muito gente boa!!!
The concern with well-being and health is visible in the gym. From my first day, I was received with a lot of politeness and sympathy.
The academy is concerned with creating its own individualized exercise script for each student, through a very detailed and enlightening physical assessment exam.
The pool is heated so it gives courage to face the cold too!
And the teachers are really nice people!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treino na academia e sempre levo minha garrafa de água, porém 1 dia que não levei e pedi na recepção 1 copo descartável a recepcionista falou que não poderia dar. Como treinei quase 1 hora e meia não aguentei de sede e peguei 1 copo descartável usado que estava lá.
Peço que revejam o carinho que deveriam tratar seus clientes, fornecer 1 copo descartável para quem esqueceu a garrafa não fará diferença no orçamento.
I train at the gym and I always take my water bottle, but 1 day I didn't take it and asked at reception for 1 disposable cup the receptionist said she couldn't give it. As I trained for almost an hour and a half, I couldn't stand my thirst and took 1 used disposable cup that was there.
I ask you to review the affection you should treat your customers, providing 1 disposable cup for those who forgot the bottle will not make a difference in the budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrutura muito boa, espaços bem separados para as mais diversas atividade, piscina com um bom tamanho, profissionais excelentes e valores bastante atrativos. Um ponto negativo seria a quantidade de alunos... Nas aulas de natação eles admitem até 4 alunos por raia, o que dificulta bastante o desenvolvimento, principalmente no nível iniciante.
A very good structure, well separated spaces for the most diverse activities, a good sized pool, excellent professionals and very attractive values. A negative point would be the number of students... In swimming lessons they admit up to 4 students per lane, which makes development very difficult, especially at the beginner level.
