Cobram um valor acessível e o seu forte são as atividades em grupo que são bem variadas e os professores são o carro chefe, pois além de atenciosos são pessoas maravilhosas. Destaque para todos os professores que estão de parabéns. Uma crítica construtiva é sobre as esteiras que tem que melhorar.
Very good neighborhood gym for the price. They charge an affordable price and their strength is the group activities that are very varied and the teachers are the main driver, because besides being attentive they are wonderful people. Highlight for all the teachers to be congratulated. A constructive criticism is about the treadmills that have to be improved.

If I could, it would be 0. A month after making the assessment, they did not put my series together. A teacher for the salon and when there is evaluation, he is without a teacher. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei fui fazer uma aula experimental de Pilates adorei o jeito que fui tratada e recebida. Só tenho duas sugestões a fazer queria que após as aulas de Pilates tivesse massagem.
Onde eu fazia anteriormente a professora faz e isso ajuda bastante, e um pacotão de aulas só assim a gente poderia revesa as aulas, isso ajuda o aluno estimula.
I loved it I went to do an experimental Pilates class I loved the way I was treated and received. I only have two suggestions I would like to have a massage after Pilates classes.
Where I did it before, the teacher does it and that helps a lot, and a package of classes just so we could shift the classes, this helps the student stimulates.
