A experiência como um todo é incrível.
Já no agendamento, as atendentes são atenciosas, gentis e solícitas.
O ambiente é aconchegante, iluminação especial, música tranquila, tudo já te levando pra um estado de relaxamento.
Fornecem roupões, roupas íntimas e chinelos, tudo de alta qualidade e bastante confortável.
As instalações possuem armários com senha, chuveiros com amenities, sauna seca e molhada, tudo o que se pode querer.
O quarto duplo de massagem era lindo, cortinas em cor lavanda, lava-pés, camas confortáveis e as roupas de cama super macia e impecavelmente limpos.
A melhor parte, claro, as massagistas! Que pessoas agradáveis, simpáticas e habilidosas.
Fizemos o day spa Bossa Nova e vale super a pena! Produtos Granado são usados boa procedimentos.
Saímos relaxados de cima embaixo, esquecemos todo estresse e até os traumas da vida foram sumindo.
Recomendo muito.

The experience as a whole is incredible.
As for scheduling, the attendants are attentive, kind and helpful.
The atmosphere is cozy, special lighting, quiet music, everything already taking you to a state of relaxation.
They provide bathrobes, underwear and slippers, all of high quality and very comfortable.
The facilities have lockers with password, showers with amenities, dry and wet sauna, everything you could want.
The double massage room was beautiful, lavender curtains, foot washers, comfortable beds and super soft and impeccably clean bedding.
The best part, of course, is the masseuses! What nice, friendly and skilled people.
We did the Bossa Nova day spa and it's super worth it! Granado products are used good procedures.
We left relaxed from top to bottom, we forgot all the stress and even the traumas of life were disappearing.
I highly recommend it.

Acolhedor,Local higienizado limpo,desde a recepção,entra no vestiário todo de mármore,guarda seus pertences em lockers troca de roupas por descartáveis e roupão chinelos,vai para escalda pés,faz massagem numa cama articulada com aquecimento e manta de carneiro,todas as áreas tratadas são finalizadas com toalhas quentinhas,ao começar a massagem os blenda são apresentados como experiência olfativa,sensorial ,todos os sentidos são trabalhados,música relaxante e mais poderosas!good vibes,vale muito a pena,sem falar que depois vc vai para sauna seca ou a vapor!!!

Cozy, clean, sanitized place, from reception, enters the marble locker room, stores your belongings in lockers, exchanges clothes for disposables and bathrobe slippers, goes for foot bath, massages on a heated articulated bed and sheep blanket, all Treated areas are finished with warm towels, when the massage starts, the blends are presented as an olfactory, sensory experience, all the senses are worked on, relaxing and more powerful music! Good vibes, it's very worthwhile, not to mention that you'll go to the sauna afterwards dry or steam!!!

Contratei os serviços do SPA na Barra da Tijuca para mim e para minha filha. Ao chegar, minha filha recebeu uma calcinha descartável e foi encaminhada ao vestiário, que não possuía roupão. Buscaram-na de toalha e a mesma passou assim no rol de espera dos clientes. Situação por si só vexatória. Eu estava lá e vi.
Aguardava minha sessão.
Quando a profissional Andrea (maravilhosa, por sinal) me buscou eu estava com a roupa do corpo, não me encaminharam ao vestiário, não me deram a roupa de baixo, nem roupão.
Ao fim da sessão da minha filha, não a avisaram sobre a sauna e o banho. A mesma vestiu sua roupa e foi cheia de óleo ao rol me esperar. Eu quem a levei ao banho, para retirada do óleo.
A lot of misinformation, however the professional who attended me in the massage is excellent and super professional. He was the one who saved my SPA.
I hired the services of the SPA in Barra da Tijuca for me and my daughter. Upon arrival, my daughter received disposable underwear and was taken to the locker room, which did not have a bathrobe. They looked for her with a towel and she was thus on the waiting list of customers. Situation itself vexatious. I was there and I saw it.

When the professional Andrea (wonderful, by the way) picked me up I was wearing the clothes on my back, they didn't send me to the locker room, they didn't give me my underwear or a bathrobe.
At the end of my daughter's session, they didn't tell her about the sauna and the bath. She wore her clothes and was filled with oil as she waited for me. I was the one who took her to the bath, to remove the oil.
