Gostaria de fazer um relato da péssima experiência que tivermos na Átila Multimarcas.
Compramos uma Captiva em maio desde ano onde o vendedor e proprietário Átila Arantes Rodrigues vendeu o carro dizendo que estava “bom” e que não poderíamos levar nosso mecânico ou perderíamos a garantia (totalmente fora da lei do consumidor) e que teríamos garantia de motor e câmbio.
Suspeitamos a atitude mas mesmo assim confiamos acreditando em sua palavra e foi aí que tudo começou.
Após levar em um mecânico normal descobrimos que o carro estava totalmente quebrado e que estávamos correndo risco de vida.
Foi a pior compra da minha vida, nunca imaginei que faria um péssimo negócio desse tipo, estamos a 4 meses sem carro e agora gastando uma fortuna p/ arrumar, coisa que deveria ter sido feita pelo senhor Átila.
Sem contar que pagamos pelo documento do carro e após 4 meses nada, da pra acreditar ?
PS: Fizemos um acordo para devolução do carro onde também foi quebrado pelo mesmo.
Quem está lendo não compre, não desejo isso p/ ninguém.

We bought a Captiva in May since the year the seller and owner Átila Arantes Rodrigues sold the car saying it was “good” and that we couldn't take our mechanic or we would lose the warranty (totally outside the consumer's law) and that we would have engine and warranty. exchange.
We were suspicious of the attitude, but even so, we trusted taking his word for it and that's when it all started.
After taking it to a normal mechanic we found that the car was totally broken and that we were in danger of our lives.
It was the worst purchase of my life, I never imagined I would make a bad deal of this type, we are 4 months without a car and now spending a fortune to fix it, something that should have been done by Mr. Attila.
Not to mention that we paid for the car document and after 4 months nothing, can you believe it?
PS: We made an agreement to return the car where it was also broken by the same.
Who is reading, don't buy it, I don't want it for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para fazer a venda estava sempre respondendo, após a venda o carro estava com alguns detalhes que não fui informado, apresentando mau funcionamento. Ao entrar em contato só responde que amanhã vai resolver e isto já está a uma semana acontecendo e este amanhã nunca chega.
Ainda não me deu o documento de compra e venda e não quis que eu pagasse o IPVA falando que iria cobrar do dono antigo, e até agora tbm não foi pago.
Como pessoa o dono é super educado e gentil, mas enrola muito após a venda.

Tenho print do anúncio dizendo que o IPVA estaria pago, então não seria responsabilidade do comprador, mas sim do vendedor.
E o documento não foi entregue ainda, tbm tenho print e conversa no whats que ainda está com o vendedor, que iria me entregar. (Compra e venda)
Não foi orientado nada sobre não levar a outro mecânico, pois o carro não foi feito nem a cautelar, pois no se fizer é reprovado.
Escapamento furado, axiais e terminais super gastos, peças de acessório quebrado, pois tenho print falando que iria repor o dinheiro dessas manutenções e faz 2 semanas que nada acontece. Então seja transparente e não mete aqui para fazer de bonito.

Leaked exhaust, super worn axials and terminals, broken accessory parts, because I have a print saying that I would replace the money for these maintenances and nothing has happened for 2 weeks. So be transparent and don't put it here to be nice.
