A hospitalidade do gerente Ignácio é um ponto fora da curva. Extremamente prestativo, caloroso e educado, não mediu esforços para ajudar a localizar e sugerir os melhores passeios pelos Lençóis maranhenses. Excelente.
Sensational! Pousada located in an even quieter area of Atins. Really a place made for those looking for warmth and quiet. The hospitality of the manager Ignacio is a point off the bend. Extremely helpful, warm and polite, she went the extra mile to help locate and suggest the best tours of Lençóis Maranhenses. Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fui furtado dentro do quarto em minha primeira noite no local, minha esposa e eu estávamos dormindo durante o ocorrido.
Após algumas tentativas para solucionar, a pousada se recusou a devolver todo o valor perdido, mesmo com BO e notas fiscais dos produtos.
Não fosse por esse incidente, a nota teria uma melhora significativa. O gerente nos recebeu muito bem, os quartos são limpos, a pousada é linda e tem boa localização, mas nada disso supriu o infeliz primeiro dia que tivemos e as tratativas pós estadia.
Unfortunately I was stolen inside the room on my first night on the spot, my wife and I were sleeping during the incident.
After some attempts to solve, the hostel refused to return all lost value, even with BO and invoices of the products.
If not for this incident, the grade would have a significant improvement. The manager welcomed us very well, the rooms are clean, the guesthouse is beautiful and in a good location, but none of this supplied the unfortunate first day we had and the post stay arrangements.

Establishment canceled the reservation made via Booking more than two months ago for New Year, airline tickets, transfers and purchased parties, they didn't care about anything, there is no responsibility, They don't honor commitments, be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço alto da estadia deixa esperar algo bem luxuoso, muito melhor do que é de fato: um lugar charmoso porém muito rústico, com ducha sem água durante os 3 primeiros dias, sem água quente o resto do tempo. As redes não estavam instaladas durante vários dias. Não tinha shampoo/condicionador no quarto porque esqueceram de colocar. Apesar disso, as recepcionistas e os funcionários são todos muito gentis. O dono não fica aqui e não investe corretamente na sua estrutura. Preços europeus, a qualidade não ficou à altura.
The high price of the stay allows you to expect something very luxurious, much better than it actually is: a charming but very rustic place, with a shower without water for the first 3 days, without hot water the rest of the time. The nets were not installed for several days. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the room because they forgot to put it on. Despite this, the receptionists and staff are all very kind. The owner doesn't stay here and doesn't invest correctly in its structure. European prices, the quality didn't measure up.
