★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dizem (eles) que são ótimos empregadores, com pagamento em dia, benefícios, entre outras vantagens. Mas, de fato, não têm respeito com os candidatos após as entrevistas de emprego. Não são sinceros, omitem a verdade e deixam "aguardando" um contato que jamais vai acontecer. Claro que a empresa tem todo o direito de se arrepender ou julgar inexperiente para a vaga disponível. Repito: todos os direitos! É muito desagradável desperdiçar tempo e dinheiro em quatro ou cinco etapas, entre provas escritas e de direção, entrevistas em grupo e individuais, para depois, quem for "conhecido" por funcionários, passar a frente de você. Triste desabafo! Zero pra eles, para equipe de Recursos Humanos, para a empresa. Está "levando uma estrela" na avaliação porque é a pontuação mínima permitida.
