Deixou a desejar pela demora no feedback com relação a isenção para o rodízio na capital de são Paulo, tive até que ser desagradável na cobrança,as por fim resolveram.

The staff were very helpful and patient throughout the process.
The whole process was faster than I expected.
It left something to be desired because of the delay in the feedback regarding exemption for rotation in the capital of São Paulo, I even had to be unpleasant in charging, but they finally resolved.
