★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei o dia todo esperando minha encomenda, estava em casa e não ouvi ninguém me chamando, nem batendo no portão... eles levaram minha encomenda embora pq disseram que não tinha ninguém em casa, e agora ligo para o telefone 2561-0000 e diz que o número não existe.
I was waiting all day for my order, I was at home and I did not hear anyone calling me or knocking at the gate ... they took my order although they said there was no one at home, and now I call 2561-0000 and it says that the number does not exist.

Existe um funcionário que trabalha com entregas no caminhão que mente muito em relação às entregas que são feitas para mim... por conta disso tive que agendar data para entrega com a empresa e mesmo assim não cumpre com as datas agendadas.
The disengagement is disrespect is very great. There is an employee who works with deliveries on the truck who lies a lot in relation to deliveries that are made to me ... because of that I had to schedule a delivery date with the company and even then it does not meet the scheduled dates.
